Delivery Information
The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® can only deliver fruit gifts within Western Australia.
We offer FREE delivery within the Perth Metro area. For deliveries outside the Perth Metro area please contact us for a delivery quotation.
Our FREE deliveries are made Tuesday to Friday via overnight courier. Next day delivery is available for orders placed by 11am (AWST). Monday deliveries can be selected but may not be possible in some areas, as logistically they can be tricky, but we will do our best and keep you updated.
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct, with the correct house number and unit number if applicable.
Failure to provide the correct delivery details may result in incorrectly delivered goods, undelivered goods and additional redirect fees.
A VIP weekend delivery service is available to select Perth suburbs subject to prior agreement at a cost of $30.00
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruit we recommend that someone is available to receive your order at the time of delivery. For residential addresses, if a courier deems a delivery location unsafe, the order will be returned to dispatch and redelivery fees will apply.
For business, school and hospital addresses, The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® accepts no responsibility for delivered items that are redirected to the mailroom, front desk or reception.
Deliveries are made between the hours of 9am and 6pm.
These are approximate times only and due to unforeseeable circumstances on route there can be delivery delays.
We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has been made.
Customers must supply The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® with a valid contact email and phone numbers. The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® accepts no liability arising out of failure to contact a customer, where the contact details were not supplied, were invalid or incorrect.
It is the obligation of the customer to ensure the recipient’s delivery address is correct, with the correct house number and unit number if applicable.
The customer must ensure recipient details, such as their name and address are correct and also spelt correctly.
In regard to internet orders, customers should ensure that their personalised message is written to their satisfaction.
Stock Availability
Sometimes it will be necessary to substitute an item for one of equal or higher value.
Alcohol Policy
In Australia, it is illegal for alcohol to be purchased by or delivered to any person under the age of 18. The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® will only supply alcohol as part of an extra or within a hamper package and not as a separate item. The sender of the item is responsible for ensuring that their order complies with the law in this regard and absolves The Gift Store Fruit Hampers ® of any responsibility.
